Jungian analysis, with its heart-centered, in-depth, and intense approach of weekly appointments invites individuals to embark on a soulful journey of self-discovery and integration. It delves into the depths of the unconscious, unraveling the mysteries of the psyche and revealing hidden aspects of the self.
Through dream analysis, symbol exploration, and the embrace of archetypal forces, individuals gain increased self-awareness, emotional resilience, and deeper connections in relationships.
Jungian analysis honors the spiritual and existential dimensions of life, inviting individuals to discover meaning and purpose. It is a sacred pilgrimage of the soul, guiding individuals towards wholeness, authenticity, and a life lived with heart.

Sandplay is a powerful therapeutic modality that provides a soulful path for self-exploration and healing. Through the use of sand, miniature figures, and symbols, individuals create a visual representation of their inner world. This nonverbal and symbolic language allows for the exploration of unconscious dynamics, emotional experiences, and unresolved conflicts.
As individuals engage in the process of arranging and playing
in the sand, they gain insights, integrate fragmented aspects of themselves, and foster personal growth. Sandplay provides a safe and transformative space for individuals to connect with their inner wisdom, heal wounds, and create a sense of wholeness.

The Rewilding Psyche Seminar in Fort Collins, Colorado, aims to foster a community interested in furthering the relationship with psyche in partnership with the natural world. These teaching and group experiences provide opportunities to live a more engaged, soulful, and authentic life.
The seminar is organized as a nine-month series (September to May) of weekend programs focused on Jungian psychology and nature studies. The days will include both didactic and experiential opportunities including sandplay, art, writing, and self-reflection.
